La modernità della struttura, il fatto che sia molto grande e spaziosa e la posizione.
Se avesse avuto qualche utensile ed elettrodomestico in più cosi da essere più vivibile sarebbe stata perfetta.

The location was great. Value/money guaranteed. Large apartment with enough space for 4 people easily.
It felt like the apartment was ''new''. And by that I mean kitchen appliances were not plugged in or on. For example the microwave did not have a separate socket so if you are a smaller person, then it will be harder to get it down (it's on a shelve) and use it. Also the dishwasher was new, it had all the documents inside, never been used. Another issue was with the TV in the rooms. I understood some other guest blocked the tv's profiles with a pin, so they will have to solve that (for people who are interested in that)

Sehr sauber, große Wohnung, viel Platz, neue Küche, Kaffeemaschine und Kaffeekapseln zur Verfügung gestellt
Sehr laut und kalt-Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, man hört jedes wort, wenn sich Menschen auf der Straße unterhalten oder telefonieren, von oben hört man ebenfalls alles.Der Strom ist ständig ausgefallen, es gab keine zentrale Heizung, es gab zwar kleine Heizgeräte in jedem Zimmer und das Bad, aber wenn man zwei davon gleichzeitig eingeschaltet hat, war es aus mit den Strom! Entweder Kaffeemaschine oder Heizung einschalten, beides parallel ging nicht. Der Geschirrspüler war voll mit nichtig ausgepackten Teile (nagelneu), man will eindeutig, dass dieser nicht verwendet wird. Keine Möglichkeit die nassen Badetücher nach dem duschen irgendwo aufzuhängen, ein Wäscheständer wäre nützlich.
