Our host Belén was very nice and extremely helpful!

I would like to thank my host for a wonderful stay in a very nice and comfortable apartment.It was situated near the harbour and had excellent connections by tram and metro and bus to all areas of Valencia. I would highly recommend this apartment and have no complaints .

The apartment is on the ground floor so it’s quite easy to move our big luggage around 😄

The sofa bed is not that comfortable as the mattress is a bit stinging

Very clean and well equipped renovated ground floor apartment in traditional house in peaceful street in the heart of the old Cabanyal fisherman district, which is full of character with not too many foreign tourists! High ceilings and tasteful decor gave a spacious feel - the photos on booking.com did not do it justice. Very comfortable firm bed, good aircon and high quality mosquito nets (so the windows could be kept open at night) , large walk-in shower. Warm welcome from Belen and her English-speaking son. About 10 minutes walk to excellent beach. Cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as a supermarket. Shortish walk to superb daily covered market for fresh fish, meat, veg and cheese - visit on Saturday morning for a great atmosphere among the locals! Great breakfast "tostada" and coffee at nearby Cafe Contigo. Close to buses 19 and 92 for old town and town centre repectively. Simple journey from airport by metro (line 5) then straight on to line 6 tram (using the same ticket) which stops 5 minutes from the apartment.

Because the Cabanyal area is "going up in the world" there is some localised building work - but it is not on a major scale.

Everything! Great location in the Cabanyal, lovely apartment, very clean and a wonderful host. Thanks Belen for everything. Would recommend the place for anyone wanting to stay in this wonderful city.
