The room looks like it had a recent update and it was made very well, the switch for the exhaust is broken but it is really not that required, the rest of the features are very useful and convenient, the view is nice and the comfort is just right, I have a split that helps me focus on working. Everything is right sized for 1-2 people and the decor is also a nice touch which makes it feel very "Chiang Mai modern home".
There were Some work was happening with the neighbors and the noise, and the smell of fresh paint was uncomfortable at times but this was only a few times during the day so it wasn't a big deal.
