A brand new apartment.Very clean and modern. Had all the basics. A lot of storage. Short walk to the town and the lake. A quiet neighborhood when construction wasn't going on. Morning sun on the balcony. Great use of space. There are floor fans in the apartment which is nice since the building itself gets very warm. I was very excited for this place but the more time I spend here and the more I got to think about my days here afterwards the more annoyed I got about spending that amount of money on getting woken up at 6 in a warm building not understanding a thing. :)
Got woken up by loud construction noises at 6-7 in the morning. It's the same company who's building more houses so I feel like there could be an agreement about waiting with the loud noises. Especially when the house rules say no noises before 8 or so.... One of the days it was from 6-19... The building is so new they're not completely done with it so there's wires sticking out and some places the protective plastic is still there. The building itself is very warm which meant when I arrived on a cloudy and rainy day the apartment was still 26 degrees. It's pet friendly but not free. There's a 50 zloty pet fee which you have to leave in cash when leaving. Which I didn't understand. The communication could have been better in general. It seems like the place doesn't get a lot of tourists but some kind of welcome book or information about the area would have been nice since everything is in polish in the area. The road leading to the apartments is very rough. Taking in mind the money you're paying for this place in comparison to other places im not sure it was worth it in the end...

Nowe osiedle. Piękny, przestronny apartament. Jest wszystko czego potrzebujesz. Mydło w łazience, tabletki do zmywarki, ściereczka do naczyń ( szacunek bo jeszcze nigdzie nie zastałam zawsze miałam swoja), gąbka i płyn do naczyń, garnki, patelnia, przybory kuchenne i sztućce, szklanki, kieliszki, talerze i filiżanki. Poprostu wszystko. Meble na tarasie. Łóżka wygodne. Pościele i ręczniki pachnące. Kontakt z wlascicielka bardzo dobry. Pani pomocna i przemiła. Blisko Dino a kawaleczek dalej Biedronka. Spokojnie na piechote można dojść. W 100% polecamy. Jesteśmy mega zadowoleni i napewno wrócimy.
Nie ma takich rzeczy.

Neuwertige Wohnung bei der es an nichts gefehlt hat, Ausstattung sehr gut! Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt.
