Camera pulita, letto comodo e colazione buona.

There was only one negative, all the rest was very good. Friendly owner and staff, the girls are lovely. Very comfy bed although pillows are slightly too high. Modern and clean hotel. There is only one small window, the other is a fake with a blind, but the spaciousness of the room, white walls and ceiling, excellent lighting makes it feel bright anyway.
The shower floor does not have sufficient fall to drainage and floods beyond the screen as far as the toilet even with water at half volume. This is mainly from drainage, not splashing. This could be rectified by glueing a piece of 20mm angle or box section metal across the full opening of the shower outside the glass, or lifting the glass and fitting underneath.

The location was perfect, just around the corner from a really nice place to eat, Yummy. Only a 15 min walk to the Esplanade area. The manager Billy was also very helpful, nothing was any trouble. Even offered to take me to the bus depot on my day of departure.
I stay 3 nights, did a day cruise with Cat Ba Adventures, which I would highly recommend and would stay at Cat Ba Swiss again. Thanks for the warm greeting everyday when I returned from my adventures.
It was nothing that is not an easy fix, the pillows are quite hard, but it’s a small thing overall and definitely wouldn’t be a deal breaker to stay again.
