The apartment is in a modern condominium complex with a swimming pool, gym, and common area, located close to the main road of Nimman but in a quiet alley. The check-in process was very clearly communicated and straightforward, and the host was very easy to reach by messaging. The apartment itself is cozy and nicely decorated with good WiFi connection, fridge, and a washing machine.
The apartment could use some maintenance in certain areas - for example the kitchen faucet was leaking, the glass door of the bathroom was not sliding very smoothly, and the upholstery (sofa, bed) had some bad smells.

The host is very service minded och respons quickly. The location of the Condo is quite good but it's better to live on the other side of Nimmanen road.
Not a comfortable bed. Most equipment in the gym is not working.
