Die Lage war für uns perfekt, der Kontakt zur Wohnungsbetreuung war auch sehr gut, denn das nicht funktionierende TV wurde prompt in Ordnung gebracht. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und alles soweit gut. Die Treppe ist echt gefährlich, kein Geländer und man fällt - wenn man aus der Wohnung kommt - fast raus.
Die Treppe, Achtung, nicht für wacklige Personen geeignet

Struttura in posizione centrale, a pochi minuti dall'inizio del centro storico vero e proprio. Ambiente accogliente e spazioso, pulizia ok. Buon dialogo con la proprietà che mi ha fornito tutte le informazioni in modo veloce.
La città è veramente graziosa e sono stato contento di essermi fermato un paio di notti.
Centrally located property, just a few minutes from the actual historic center. Welcoming and spacious environment, and cleanliness was good. Great communication with the host, who provided all the information quickly. The city is truly lovely and I’m glad I stayed for a couple of nights
Due note dolenti:
- letto per me scomodissimo (materasso molto morbido e "ondulato")
- parcheggio privato a pochi metri dall'abitazione ma raggiungibile solo passando per uno strettissimo passaggio tra due abitazioni (la mia auto ci passava per un paio di centimetri e ho fatto una gran fatica...). Questa circostanza non mi era stata segnalata al momento della prenotazione ma solo il giorno prima del mio arrivo quando ho ricevuto le credenziali per accedere. Danotare che in caso di auto compatta non ci sarebbero particolari problemi ma la mia era di un segmento superiore.
A couple of downsides:
- the bed was extremely uncomfortable for me (the mattress was very soft and lumpy)
- the private parking is just a few meters from the house, but it can only be reached through a very narrow passage between two buildings. My car cleared it by just a couple of centimeters, and it was a real struggle to get through. This was not mentioned at the time of booking, but only the day before arrival when I received the check-in instructions. It is worth noting that it wouldn't be an issue for a compact car, but mine was a larger model.
