Nice location between the National Park and Cat Ba town. Lovely and helpful staff!
It would be nice to have hand soap and a hand towel in the bathroom.

Such a good stay ! Peaceful and very beautiful. Host is a brilliant lady, spoke very good English and made activities/transport easy for us.

Swimming pool and restaurant on site, which is good because The homestay is a bit far from everything.

The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and has nice facilities.
Advice to future guests: Check your bill carefully when checking out!
We were overcharged by more than 400,000 VND for our two night stay. We had to spend quite some time explaining the issue before the money was finally refunded. Whether accidental or intentional, this was disappointing.
Additionally, the young receptionist could benefit from better customer service training. On our last day, I smoked in the designated smoking area without disturbing anyone, yet he made mocking comments to other guests about how much I smoked. This was tactless and unprofessional. He may not have realized how inappropriate his behavior was, but the hotel should ensure its staff receive proper training in guest relations.
Overall, the facilities are good, but the billing issue and the receptionist’s behavior negatively affected our stay.
