The property was convent located to pine street and all of the fun local shops and restaurants we love! We did have some difficulties with the consistency of the WiFi during our stay. The beach chairs and umbrellas were very handy and the outdoor shower was very convenient. Loved the decor in the house and the twinkle lights outside. The ring toss game was also a hit! Would stay here again with my family!

This cottage and AMI are both truly stunning. The cottage is smaller but has plenty of sleeping space. We loved the outdoor shower and used it more than the indoor one. We didn’t really cook but it seemed like the kitchen was well stocked. The washer/dryer was a plus and they had lots of beach supplies for guests to use. My only complaint about this stay were the numerous fees charged. There were 2 cleaning fees, a service fee and an administrative fee. The one that was really a problem was the damage fee which is charged up front that they refused to refund even though we left the cottage in perfect condition. If it weren’t for that I would happily stay here every time we visit AMI. I’m not sure if these are VRBO fees or fees from the host but I’ll be looking elsewhere for future stays.

This place was amazing. It was very clean and had everything you needed. It’s not a huge place but perfect for singles, couples and small families.
