This spacious retreat offers three bathrooms upstairs and two downstairs, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. With on-site laundry facilities and detergent provided, you`ll feel right at home. For your entertainment, each TV comes with Roku devices, allowing you to stream your favorite shows with ease. 1. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. 2. Events and Gatherings: No events, parties, or gatherings are allowed. 3. Guests: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No unregistered guests. 4. Food and Drink: Eating or drinking is not allowed in the bedrooms. 5. Illegal Substances: The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. 6. Noise: Please keep noise levels down and refrain from playing loud music after 10 PM. 7. Furniture: Do not rearrange the furniture. 8. Damages: Report any damages immediately to ensure prompt resolution.
9: Pet Policy:We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs 30 lbs or under to our B&B! We ask that all furry guests are supervised and treated with the same care and respect as our home.
Dogs must remain off all furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs.
Please clean up after your pet, both inside and outside the property.
Pets should be supervised and should not disturb other guests.
At this time, dogs are the only pets we can accommodate. No other types of pets are permitted.

Great home for a family and/or friends. Lots of living space. Delightful front porch to enjoy sitting outside. Easy walk into town. Kaffe Haus is down the street & has great coffee & wonderful staff!

The house was clean and updated with all the basic amenities needed. It would have been nice to have a tv in every bedroom and one in the basement. Communication with owner was slow and didn’t always respond.

Perfect Family Christmas StayWe rented this Frankenmuth home for a family Christmas and it was just what we needed—spacious, clean, and close to downtown. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the living areas were cozy for games and movies. Bedrooms were comfortable and gave everyone their own space.A couple of small suggestions: more chairs for the dining table would help larger groups, and a few extra decorations could add warmth.Overall, it was the perfect spot for our holiday gathering, and we’d happily stay again.

This location was perfect size for our group! Beautifully renovated house, in a nice neighborhood, close to free shuttle. Each room could use a rug and maybe some local pictures in the walls, therefore taking away the echos in each room . One room facing the street didn’t have a blind. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were beautiful, the furniture in each room was very nice. Thank you again for a great stay we will definitely stay again when in the area!
