The unit was spacious and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay.
The bed was much too low to get in and out of easily, but otherwise very comfortable.

Very helpful, friendly communication with the unit management team members for fulfilling pre-stay personal verification and safety deposit arrangements, and post approval/confirmation guidelines for accessing entry to the building, the apartment, and the out of apartment trash disposal location.
Upon arriving at the apartment an AC leak from rhe wall unit to the floor in the bedroom was discovered. It was wiped up with available paper towels and a plastic storage container from the kitchen placed below the drip. Immediate communication was made to the apartment unit manager to make arrangements for the problem to be addressed the following day.
The efficiency apartment was cute, tastefully furnished, clean, and comfortable. It accommodates three adult guests. All the necessary amenities were included for the stay - bathing toiletries including a hair dryer; a full kitchen with cookware, dishes and utensils; cleaning products; a closet stack washer and dryer with detergent; a comfortable low lying made-up bed with 4 pillows; and clean linens, duvet, and pillows for the hide-away sofa bed in livingroom were provided in the bedroom closet along with a full-size ironing board and iron.
Uncertain street parking availability near the building required making arrangements with the city to obtain free temporary parking permission to avoid a citation. This was easy to conduct but not as convenient as lodging fee-included parking at a premises parking lot. The lockbox key holder at the apartment door was a challenge to open once the combination was dialed. Also, the water pressure in the bathroom was adequate but low.

bed and sofa too low for older ones , can only fit perhaps mom & dad and extra kid, but not 4.. more fresh towels

The location was nice and roomy. Everything felt comfortable and quiet but had lots of things to do around the neighborhood.
