We really liked the privacy and safety of the venue. We were able to walk into town multiple times and not use the car. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean, and the grounds were beautiful. The bedrooms were really large so my two small Shih Tzus could sleep comfortably next to the bed. I really appreciated the outdoor light because it served as a night light for me to be able to get to the bathroom without tripping over my dogs. It doesn't interfere with sleeping though. You can close the curtains and not see it. We didn't do any cooking because we ate out for every meal (lots of great restaurants in town) but the unit seemed to have everything needed, including a washer and dryer with detergent! The highlight was seeing howler monkeys, a mama and baby, right outside the gate in the trees. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to other people we know in Costa Rica since we live here.
I can't really think of a single thing I didn't like. It met all of our needs and my dogs loved it as well. The only problem we had was finding the place because the Maps app took us to the wrong gate. There are two gates to the complex. If you get to the walk-through gate that only has two parking spaces in front of it and they are taken, you need to go around the corner to the other gate/street where there is a lot more parking. The manager was able to help us find the other gate after I made a phone call.
