Avoid at all costs

-

Owner told me late on the evening before check-in that this room that I booked was not available and repeatedly blamed the booking platform. The room they offered in replacement was shabby and basic. I only agreed because it was such short notice and I had no time to find an alternative. Be aware that the apartment is in a mixed-use building of many floors with offices, warehouses along the corridors. Walls are paper thin and you can hear doors slamming at all hours and people walking around outside. Front door lock was faulty and door latch was spoilt. There is no reception to leave your luggage. There is a gigantic aircon compressor in the room that makes a tremendous noise regardless of any adjustment. The noise affects the entire room but because it is close to the bed you will not get any rest. Technician said he couldn’t do anything is the aircon is the “loud version”. Bed is hard like a rock and pillows stink. Bathroom has no shower separator and insufficient drainage and ventilation so the floor and sink stays wet and slimy all day. Kitchen sink area was in a balcony outside which was dirty and run-down. The owner may be communicative, but to little effect because they just make one excuse after another with no solution. Draw your own conclusions from the way they respond to critiques or negative comments. I immediately moved out after one terrible night there. Avoid at all costs.

Solid for a 2-night stay

Mostly as described.

Wi-Fi did not work and was not resolved despite mentioning to management. Was only there two nights so not a big issue but inconvenient. Street traffic was somewhat loud but that's in most places in Bangkok

I had a pleasant stay and the host were very accommodating to my needs.

Clean and quiet.

I was not informed about some maintenance work on the external of the building which did cause some noise that lasted about an 30 mins.

Yeri çok merkezi. Odaya ulaşım konusunda da sıkıntı yaşamadık. Bizimle ilgilenen kişi çok ilgiliydi

Oda da herşey mevcuttu fakat yatak örtüleri ve yastıklar kokuyordu sadece temizliğinden şüphe ettim.

Bed was confortable. Shower works great. It is clean. Person at the lobby was always kind and helpful.

No internet during my stay and the host didn't offer solutions. Loud at night due to traffic. The windows have little isolation. Not much light.
