Occupancy & Guests
• Maximum occupancy: 12 registered guests only
• No unregistered visitors, parties, events, or gatherings of any kind

Pets & Smoking
• No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 additional cleaning charge and may terminate the stay
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property — violations will result in a $500 deep-cleaning fee

Noise & Community Standards
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• No loud outdoor music or disruptive behavior

Pool & Outdoor Areas
• Swim at your own risk — no lifeguard on duty
• Children must be supervised at all times in/near pool
• No glassware in the pool area
• Due to high winds, please store umbrellas and outdoor furniture after each use

Parking
• Park only in designated asphalt areas
• No vehicles or trailers on granite landscaping; damage may result in additional charges

Inside the Home
• Shoes off indoors to help keep the space clean
• Report damages immediately — guests are responsible for any damage during their stay
