Quiet ,country, spacious house. Very clean and comfortable. Well stocked! Loved the convenience of the air fryer! The dogs loved the yard! Close to town and a beautiful park close by .

The house is cute & very cozy . Transportation is definitely necessary but very easy to get to anything you could want or need , less than 10 miles away .We did have a fire in the backyard fire put , had the hose right next to us just to be safe . Love love loved the night sky , very good view of the stars .Very quite area , orange grove right out the back door , can only I shine how nice it must smell when the trees are in bloom . Great screened in front & back porch to sit on eliminated worries about bugs , did not see one bug inside the house at all House was nice and tidy / clean when we arrived .A cover for the outdoor garbage can is needed , will keep the trash bandits out . Need instructions how to use the television , for those with no Roku experience .Batteries in basket on coffee table were bought for the wall clock in living-room , it must be broken - wouldn’t work even with new battery

Something needs to be done about the water. Not sure if the property is seton a well, but a water filtration and softner may help. Perhaps the water heater is old and needs to be replaced? Not sure, but the smell was terrible that would stink up the house when someone would shower. Some attention to details on the finishes, seems like work had begun on the house and has not quite been completed? Also, the shower’s water handles need to be replaced. The house was clean and cozy, host made sure to make wifi available everywhere.
