Dirty, hard to check in and noisy street right in front of the window.

Unbelievably hard check-in, guests need to create a profile on another website than Booking.com, then a long list of emails and forms need to be submitted, and you will be spammed with these for the entire stay and after once you make that profile. To actually enter the building, you'll need many codes accessed only via an email and if you're out of power on your phone or internet, you will not be able to enter even the building.

The check-in process is unnecessarily complicated. Guests are required to create a profile on a third-party website separate from Booking.com, after which they'll receive a constant stream of emails and forms throughout the stay and even after checking out. Entering the building itself requires multiple access codes that are only sent via email, meaning that if your phone is dead or you have no internet connection, you're locked out entirely. The apartment had not been properly cleaned before arrival, dust on all surfaces. The bathroom was particularly disappointing, shower and walls had visible stains, and the toothbrush mug was dirty. There is a blanket in the bedroom closet which has a horrible smell. On top of that, the coffee maker came with no capsules, making it completely useless, and the fridge still contained food left behind by previous guests. The bedroom has a strange window which opens into someone's outdoor kitchen or deposit room. The view from the window is genuinely nice, but the apartment sits directly above a busy, heavily trafficked street. The noise level is considerable, and closing the windows does little to help. Light sleepers in particular should be aware of this before booking. Overall, the experience fell well below what any guest should reasonably expect.
