Nestled in Ketchum, this lovely condo for $513 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. First Bedroom - King Second Bedroom - Two Doubles Third Bedroom - Double Fourth Bedroom - Double Game Room - Queen Sofa Bed This luxury 4-bedroom/4 bathroom multi-level 3,400 square foot Lodge residence is perfect for families. The second-floor entry has a mud room on the left with cubbies for all your gear. The hallway leads you to the Master bedroom suite on the left and one guest bedroom on the right and the end of the hall takes you to the great room with an open floor plan for the living area, kitchen, and dining area. There is a deck off of the dining area that runs the length of the condo with deck furniture (summer only). The living room area has a large sectional sofa and a wood-burning fireplace. The left side of the living area has another sofa facing a 40-inch TV with cable and streaming, DC, DVD player, and a side table with chairs. The kitchen is on the right and has a 4 burner gas stove with a convection oven, large pantry, microwave, and dishwasher. There is breakfast bar seating for 4 and the formal dining area is just off the kitchen with seating for six. The Master bedroom suite is very spacious and has a King bed, a 28-inch flat panel TV with cable and streaming, a walk-in closet, a sitting area, and an en suite bath with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom across the hall has two Double beds, a 28-inch flat-panel TV with cable and streaming, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanities. The second level of the condo (third floor) has a game room with a 28-inch flat panel TV with cable and streaming, a queen sofa sleeper, and a cubby area with toys and games. Two guest bedrooms are also on this level both with a double bed, en suite baths, and large closets. One bath has a tub and the other has a walk-in tiled shower with double vanity. This level also has a large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. This property has private wireless internet. There is a detached garage with parking for 2 compact vehicles that is close to the building and has racks for skis inside. During the winter, there is only one garage with extra outdoor parking. There is no landline telephone and no A/C. Complex Features: The Sun Valley Lodge is within walking distance as well as the Pavilion, ice rink, and restaurants in the Mall area. Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenities passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available for one reservation per property per day, and reservations can be made 24 hours in advance. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open as resort policies can change at any time. Please note: We will make every effort to ensure that you get the exact property you request. If circumstances beyond our control prevent us from honoring your specific request, we will transfer your reservation to a comparable or upgraded property.

We cannot say enough about this beautiful condo and were all so comfortable throughout our stay! It is so thoughtfully and comfortably appointed, with everything a family needs away from home.

Our condo was extremely comfortable. While it wasn't the most updated accommodation we've stayed in, it was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the many books displayed about Sun Valley and the surrounding area, the history of skiing in the area, and many more engaging titles. The variety of artwork displayed provided a valuable insight into the owners' concerns for an inviting space. Our granddaughter competed in the figure skating competion at the nearby rink, which was a five minute walk from the property. Everything else - the Lodge, pools, shops, and restaurants - was similarly close by. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Lots of comfy furniture, great fireplace, the unit is well stocked and the location near the lodge and village is hard to beat. There are a few misses that we believe should be addressed. For a large unit that sleeps 8, having only one gate clicker to get into the parking area seems odd. The walk from the lodge parking lot is not far but on a snowy winter day it is not ideal. Also, having only 5 passes to the Inn pool and other amenities was disappointing. We basically had to draw straws to see who got to go in the hot tub each day.

We wanted to rent a Sun Valley condo with plenty of space for grandparents and our two teenagers. This was absolutely ideal. Between the excellent location, the big table for Thanksgiving dinner, the easy kitchen, and the many comfortable en suite bedrooms, it was everything we had hoped to find. Highly recommended.

Best Condo!
We LOVED our stay in this condo. We were so comfortable and happy here. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had SO much storage. The location was great and we easily walked everywhere we wanted to go.
The house got a little bit hot and a couple of the bedrooms had broken windows or were missing screens so we were not able to get cool air into those rooms. But we did ok.
Next time we are in Sun Valley, we will definitely stay here again!

Large, clean condo located right at Sun Valley. Easy access to all Sun Valley amenities. Perfect for a large family as it had 4 bedrooms, each with its own bath. It was as described!

This Unit is very large and accomodated our famliy of 8 perfectly! There is plenty of comfortable seating (as you can see by the pics) and it's a great spot to kick back in when you're off the river or slopes. The eclectic art all around this rental adds so much to the atmosphere and there are plenty of interesting reads about the area. You can easlily walk to Sun Valley Village to the shopping and restaurants. We'd love to come back here in the summer!

we had a wonderful time, but very disappointed that we had only 5 pool passes, and our accommodations were for 8. We went over with 6 people, there were no other people that had that pool reservation, and for one and a half hrs. our family were the only ones in the pool.we were told by the staff that this is what the owners have aggreed to. If the condo sleeps 8, they should have 8 pool passes

The property was very clean and cheery although it could use updating. Bathrooms older and not much hot water. I could fill bath half way before the water was cold. Linens and bedding was clean but dated. Overall it was a cheery place great location and needs some updating. Check process was not easy on a snowy evening. The office was closed so I was unable to easily retrieve the key. I slept in a hotel the first night as a result.

Perfect multi-Couples condo
We came for a destination wedding and loved our condominium. We were so centrally located, we could walk everywhere. Everyone had a bathroom to themselves. And our favorite thing to do was make a fire in the fireplace and sit together in the living room chatting. We would rent this unit again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful place
Great location, beautifully appointed, clean. Fantastic experience. Only complaint was the fact that we couldn't use the pool at the Lodge, had to use the Inn which was quite a bit farther away. Also, couldn't get the dryer to work
