Good location and it is kinda "hidden" inside an alley/building complex built around a communal space - so very quiet, bed was comfy and the staffs were nice and supportive :) Also it was in walking distance to one of the central BTS station, so connectivity was a big plus on this (also the walkway to the metro was covered by verandah - comfy enough to walk without facing Bangkok's sun) :).

The receptionist is nice.
The hostel functions between the hostel and logistics warehouse. The room doesn't have a lock and bathroom is not clean.
