Great location to launch into downtown activities. Pleasant neighborhood for walks. Nicely equipped kitchen and convenient new washer/dryer. Roomy shower. Super comfy beds. We especially enjoyed the upstairs patio swing. We didn't use the free gym next door but consider that a great perk. Stairs to main living area might not be the best fit for some folks and sounds from passing trains during night (common to Indy) can be a bit distracting. Garage thus enclosed entrance to home was a big plus. Host was very responsive. Positive stay and would return to this cute place on future visits!
