Imagine gathering your favorite people for an unforgettable beachfront escape along the pristine shores of South Ponte Vedra Beach. Our combined estate offers the unique opportunity to rent two oceanfront homes located just one house apart, creating the perfect setting for family reunions, corporate retreats, destination weddings, celebrations, and multi-family vacations.

Wake up to breathtaking Atlantic Ocean sunrises, enjoy morning coffee on rooftop decks overlooking the beach, and spend your days relaxing by the waves just steps from your door. With multiple living areas, kitchens, entertainment spaces, oceanfront balconies, and direct beach access, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out while still staying connected.

Celebrate life's special moments with an oceanfront wedding ceremony, reception, baby shower, family gathering, or milestone event surrounded by the beauty of Florida's coastline. As the sun sets, gather for beachfront dinners, rooftop cocktails, game nights, and unforgettable conversations under the stars.

Together, the homes provide 12 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, two kitchens, multiple entertainment areas, and accommodations for up to 32 overnight guests. Beyond the beach, you'll be minutes from the area's best attractions. Historic downtown St. Augustine is just 15 minutes away, offering award-winning restaurants, rooftop bars, nightlife, boutique shopping, and live entertainment. Vilano Beach restaurants and shops are approximately 10 minutes away, while Ponte Vedra Beach, TPC Sawgrass, and additional dining and shopping options are about 25 minutes north.

Guests can enjoy surfing, paddleboarding, fishing charters, kayaking, boating, dolphin tours, golf, and scenic nature trails nearby. Whether you're planning a relaxing beach getaway, a destination wedding, or a memorable group event, our South Ponte Vedra Oceanfront Estate provides the space, flexibility, and stunning oceanfront backdrop to create lasting memories for everyone in your group.

Grill Rentals Available

Planning a beachside cookout? To ensure every guest enjoys a clean, safe, and well-maintained grilling experience, grills are available through our local partner, Big Bill's Beach Stuff, rather than being kept at the property.

Big Bill's delivers clean gas grills directly to the home before your arrival and picks them up after your stay. As a **Bagby Investment Properties** guest, you'll also receive a **10% discount** on your rental.

We recommend reserving your grill in advance, especially during peak travel seasons, so everything is ready when you arrive. If you'd like additional beach gear such as umbrellas, bicycles, or wagons, Big Bill's can deliver those too!

We're excited to help make your beachfront getaway as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
