We are truly the closest location to LU (5 min.) and walking distance (30 yards) to shopping such as Barnes & Noble, Target, Blaze Pizza, Walmart, etc. Also, the Lynchburg airport is 2 miles down the road. Downtown is a short 15 minute drive with wonderful restaurants, shopping, and bicycling/walking trails as well. Very convenient!

Should you need it, there is a Lynchburg City bus stop down the street near Walmart, and also a crossover walking bridge to get to campus and shops on the other side of Wards Rd. Shops such as Starbucks, Mission BBQ and FedEx. Uber and Lyft also operate locally.

**For longer stays, over 30 days, we require a bi-weekly (twice a month) room turnover/cleaning at the regular room cleaning rate.

**Parties are not permitted in our home. We encourage you to enjoy the space for rest and relaxation, and to host any gatherings at one of the many local businesses or community venues just a short walk away.

**Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00am.
** We kindly ask that any gathering or event involving visitors who are not included on the original reservation be approved by the host in advance. Unauthorized events or unapproved visitors may result in additional fees or termination of the reservation.

**We welcome all guests, including those with service animals, in full compliance with the ADA and Virginia Fair Housing Law. Service animals are always allowed and never charged a fee.
