Indimenticabile!

posizione e posto auto

odore di fogna molto forte in tutto l’appartamento (all’esterno non si sente), letto inutilizzabile per un forte odore (umido? cane?), molte zanzare in tutta la casa x assenza di zanzariere e nessuna dotazione di anti zanzare, pulizia generale molto scarsa, siamo rimasti 1h e poi siamo scappati nonostante avessimo già pagato tutto. Non abbiamo nemmeno contattato i proprietari perché non si presenta una casa in tali condizioni a chi a già saldato il conto in anticipo. Sconsigliato vivamente. Rapporto qualità/prezzo fuori mercato; alla larga!

À FUIR !! Expérience catastrophique du début à la fin ! Nous avions réservé cet appartement pour deux nuits et nous avons rapidement regretté notre choix. Dès notre arrivée une odeur nauséabonde flottait dans tout l’appartement. Impossible de passer à côté tant l’odeur était présente. La terrasse était dans un état déplorable et en essayant simplement de nous y installer quelques minutes nous avons été attaqués par une quinzaine de moustiques. Autant dire qu’il était impossible d’en profiter. Le pire reste cependant la literie. Au moment d'installer nos affaires dans la chambre, nous avons immédiatement senti une forte odeur de transpiration sur les draps. En regardant de plus près nous avons trouvé des poils sur le lit. C’est tout simplement dégoûtant et inadmissible surtout pour un logement destiné à accueillir des voyageurs. J’ai contacté l’hôte pour lui signaler ces problèmes mais sa réaction a été tout aussi décevante : aucune remise en question puisqu’elle m’a simplement répondu avec agressivité que selon elle le logement était propre. Aucun geste commercial et aucune véritable solution proposée. Je n’ai jamais rencontré une situation pareille dans un logement réservé. Entre l’odeur, l’état de la terrasse, les moustiques et surtout l’hygiène de la literie, le rapport qualité/prix est tout simplement inacceptable. Nous avons quitté les lieux à peine 1h après notre arrivée. Nous n'avons pas pu jouir du logement à cause de tout cela. Je déconseille fortement ce logement. Pour ma part je n’y remettrai jamais les pieds.

Le logement est propre, accueillant et bien équipé, et très bien situé dans un quartier calme tout en étant proche du centre. Les hôtes sont sympathiques et réactifs à toute demande. Merci beaucoup, nous reviendrons !
