Great place , amazing view. ( no laundry service )

Not the experience we expected

The only thing I liked about the property was the location.

We booked two apartments for the same stay and paid the same price for both, yet the difference in quality was unacceptable. Our apartment was much smaller, had a poor view, outdated electronic equipment, no smart TV, no washing machine, dirty pots and pans, and so little space that it was difficult to move around the bedroom or work comfortably in the kitchen. In contrast, the other apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and offered a far better overall experience. As we were travelling with children and both my husband and I were working remotely during our stay, these missing amenities significantly affected our comfort and convenience. We raised our concerns with the property early in our stay and hoped they would offer a fair solution, but no meaningful action was taken. What was most disappointing was not just the condition of the apartment, but the lack of consistency and fairness. When guests pay almost the same price, they should reasonably expect a comparable standard of accommodation. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and it left us feeling let down.

Bra kommunikation för att lösa saker som inte fungerade.

Vi uppgraderade till ett rum med balkong, men det fanns inga utemöbler där så det var en onödig utgift. Ganska smutsigt i de allmänna utrymmena. Tråkigt bara att det inte finns någon personal på Tott, du möter aldrig någon. Appstyrt.
