Unwind in this beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom tri-level retreat designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. Our home offers modern style, top-tier amenities, and personal touches throughout.
Within a 10 min drive you can fish, hike, paddleboard, golf & attend a Red Rocks concert.
Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or on a work trip, this welcoming home has everything you need to relax, recharge, and feel right at home. We look forward to welcoming you!

🌿 Step outside to your private oasis: a large deck with a 4 person hot tub, gas grill, patio dining for six, and a lush landscaped yard with mature trees.
🐶 We are pet friendly for up to 2 well behaved dogs that are under 50lbs and they must be listed on your reservation. Unfortunately we cannot host cats due to allergies. We ask that your dog(s) are in a crate when left in the house unattended and they do not go on any of our furniture. You must pick up after your pet.

🚗 Park your vehicle in our insulated 2-car garage or our extended driveway.
🏔️ Our property has easy access to the mountains. We are close to 470 that connects to I-70 to go to Vail & Breckenridge
🎶 We are located 10 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Enjoy a concert or some beautiful hiking nearby.
🎣 We are walking distance to Hine Lake where you can cast your rod.

🍽️ FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN:
The kitchen is ready for your next meal masterpiece! You will find everything you need including pots, pans, baking sheets, glassware and utensils. Our oven has an air fryer feature for easy, quick meals. We also provide plastic wrap, tin foil, parchment paper and plastic meal prep containers.
Other things to note:
- Additional hot tub use guidelines will be shared with you prior to arrival.
- Our professional property management company will come at regular intervals to mow the lawn and service the hot tub.
- Your reservation does not include access to our mailbox. Please make alternative mail delivery accommodations if needed.
- For your safety and security we have two exterior cameras located at the front door and side gate that record audio and video outside of the home.
- We have a small cable utility box in our backyard that serves as an access point for a few properties in our community. On the rare occasion the utility company needs to access the box, they will usually knock on the front door to let you know they will need to enter the back yard.
- Our professional property management company will come at regular intervals to mow the lawn, remove snow and service the hot tub. We expect our guests to be ok with this.
- Your reservation does not include access to our mailbox. Please make alternative mail delivery accommodations if needed.
