**Through September 30th there may be street construction noise Sunday-Thursday from 9pm-6:30am**

From historic charm to modern convenience, this loft offers a one-of-a-kind escape that’s as unforgettable as the town itself.
Located in a Historic building so there is no elevator, guests must use stairs.
**Please Note - Minimum age of 21 required to rent this unit.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
Security Deposit options (only 1 can be chosen):
1. optional $40.00 non-refundable damage waiver
2. $500.00 authorization, released 3-5 business days after checkout
