Blending modern comfort with rustic charm, the home is only 7 minutes from downtown Dripping Springs, HEB, restaurants, coffee shops and local favorites. You're also a short drive to world-class wineries, craft breweries, and natural wonders like Hamilton Pool Preserve. The location is perfect for day trips to Johnson City, Fredericksburg, Wimberley and downtown Austin (~30 minutes away).
Whether you’re lounging by the outdoor pool, gathering around the fire pit under starry skies, or relaxing in the hot tub; this retreat strikes the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure.
Inside, the cottage features a king suite with tub/shower, a queen bedroom, a queen pull-out sofa and hall bathroom with walk-in shower. Each room and living area have smart TVs with Spectrum cable and high-speed -internet. A provided desk monitor makes remote-work easy, so you can mix business with leisure if needed. A pack-and-play is provided for the little travelers.
The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker with grinder, a toaster, blender and all the cookware and spices needed to prepare meals. Enjoy meals indoors or outdoors on the deck complete with seating and a gas grill.
Guests will also appreciate thoughtful amenities such as a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, an EV charger, and a power supply for RVs/campers.

Nice facility. Everything state of the art. Equipment like kitchen tools and basic food supply very good. The bedrooms are great, also kitchen and bathrooms. Outside facilities are excellent. Will come back.

The house was perfect!! Beds, really comfortable, hot showers, cold a/c, and the pool was the real winner!! We were lucky enough to have perfect pool weather all 3 days!! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit the Austin area!!

The house is clean. Great spot tucked away from the hustle, but close to town. Alexandria was a great host. The pool and hot tub were clean and ready when we got there.

We very much enjoyed the hot tub and hammock - they made for a great staycation. The surrounding area was quiet and private. We tried to communicate with the owners a few times and never heard back but were able to get by without their help. It would be a good place for a family wanting lots of outdoor time.
