Proximité immédiate de la station MRT. Proximité de magasins et du marché.
Personne à l'accueil. Les indications ne sont pas très claires dans le style "Prendre les clés à la chambre 313".

I have booked this property approximately 4 times because of the location and comfort of the room.
The room has comfortable lighting, comfortable bed, it’s clean and basic budget modern. The young cleaners / semi- reception staff are polite and try to accommodate any requests when at reception. The stand out attraction is the MRT at Huai Kwang on the doorstep which is my main reason to rebook.
Any inquiry must go through Booking.com messaging because the cleaners / resident staff are not always available and do not speak any English.
The hotel lobby is generally left unattended (with a camera). Access to the lift is public and does not need a key card to activate. This means anyone could potentially enter the hotel and access any floor directly to the room door.
The hotel is non-smoking and on my 3rd an 4th stay my room and my clothes were stinking of smoke. I did message the hotel about it but when the manager is not on the premises solutions are very delayed.
I eventually located one of the cleaners and she acknowledged the smoke and moved me to another room.
As a non smoker booking a non-smoking hotel a smoke filled room is really a non- starter. Hopefully they find a way to control the smokers.
