[1] Very clean apartment and organized well given the physical size limitation.
[2] Comfortable beds and plenty of pillows.
[3] Quiet residential neighborhood.
[4] On-site parking.
[5] Reasonable distance away from public transport.
[6] Overall a pleasant stay and good value for money.
[7] A "welcome" treat which was good and consumed quickly :-).
[1] Super small TV; a larger screen would make this apartment more inviting.
[2] A bit far away from grocery stores but not too terrible. Having a guest booklet listing what is available would be super convenient to your guests.
[3] No microwave; this is a small investment which provides big convenience to guests. I don't want to cook everything from scratch.
[4] Host asking for me to take recyclables to recycling center some distance away. I do not mind separating recycles as needed per local rules/custom but then asking me to walk to a recycling drop-off area is a bit too much. I did it anyway but I wasn't cheerful about it.
[5] Hair dryer was missing which complicated things for my partner and we never got one for duration of trip even though I highlighted this immediately upon arrival.
