Номер свежий, кондиционер работал хорошо, мебель новая, smart TV, интернет хороший, сантехника отличная, хорошая стиральная машина, рядом хорошие супермаркеты
Полное отсутствие уборки, смены белья и полотенец, кухня не приспособлена, нет даже мисок для салатов, нет чайника, нет кофе машины, из инвентаря для уборки только метелка, часто на вопросы отвечал бот (создалось такое впечатление от ответов). Докупили сами миску и нож.
Район находится далеко от пляжа, кафе мало.

Very pleasant stay! The location is excellent, close to the main points of interest – about 15 minutes from Bari Old Town and 20 minutes from the train station. Shops are also conveniently located within a 5–7 minute walk.
The apartment was clean, well maintained, and fully equipped. I especially appreciated having everything needed (cutlery, plates, fridge, oven, stove), which made it perfect for preparing breakfast. The balcony is spacious, and the wardrobe offers plenty of storage.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in was done 2 hours earlier than the standard time, which was greatly appreciated. The area is also very quiet, making it ideal to relax after a busy day.
As minor suggestions for improvement:
* it would be helpful to have two sets of towels, especially for stays longer than 2 days
* the duvet could have a removable cover
* a vacuum cleaner or broom would be useful for quick cleaning
Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would gladly return and recommend this property.

Laba atrašanās vieta, ļoti laba komunikācija ar saimnieku..
Kas ar tehnoloģijām ir uz jūs, reģistrēties varbūt būs grūtāk, bet ne neiespējami.. Ienākot dzīvoklī likās ka viņš ir aplaupīts, ļoti maz trauku, ne dakšiņas, ne kāds lieks dvielītis, ne salvetes.. Ieliku tikai tik zemu vērtējumu, dēļ tā ka saimnieks mēģina uzpirkt atsauksmi, piedāvājot par vērtējumu 10, kaut kādu dāvanu, šis mulsina un rada nepatiesu vērtējumu...
