The room is on the 9th floor inside APEC MANDALA building, which is a hotel I guess, so you can use the pool at the rooftop. It's well furnished with the inside room kitchen area - with the cutlery, and private balcony. The bed is large, combining the size of 2 single beds. Check the new image - there's no feeling that they're separated when we slept.
Watch out there's a switch for hot water, so you want to have it on during your stay.
There are towels and everything else you need inside the room in case you want to change one for yourself.
The host is responsive and helpful, so you can message her if you need anything.
You can choose to park outside or in the basement. Outside is cheaper - 5K for overnight motorbike parking. I didn't know about this and parked in the basement for 40K.

Vị trí trung tâm, gần các tiện ích kế bên Vincom, cách biển 300m có thể nhìn thấy biển từ phòng, giá phòng rẻ nên tưởng tin ảo, chứ làm gì có giá 3xx mà phòng nhìn vip vậy, chị chủ thân thiện. Đây là một dạng homestay cao cấp, chị chủ sẽ liên hệ khách trước 1-2 ngày trước khi nhận phòng. Khi nhận phòng, phải đăng ký với chú bảo vệ tại sảnh, chú sẽ quẹt thẻ và bấm thang máy cho lên lầu, mình tự lên phòng mà chị chủ đã cung cấp thông tin, ở trong phòng sẽ có sẵn thẻ phòng và cũng là thẻ thang máy, nội thất mới, độ sạch sẽ 8/10, có bếp từ và bồn rửa chén phục vụ ăn nhẹ, tivi to và hệ máy lạnh âm tường, có hồ bơi ở lầu 6 như quảng cáo, phòng view hồ bơi cắt biển, buổi sáng ngắm mặt trời lên đẹp dữ luôn. Dưới sảnh có highland và bãi xe có cho thuê xe máy tặng kèm free phí đậu xe. Vì là khách đánh giá đầu tiên trên booking nên kể hơi chi tiết cho mọi người hình dung được rõ ràng.
Không có nước uống, giường 1m4, ngủ 2 người sẽ hơi hạn chế. Thời gian hạn chế nên chỉ ở Phú Yên 1 ngày chưa kịp khám phá hết
