You'll find easy access to Sapphire Beach, windsurfing, snorkeling, sport fishing and more....with beach and pools just a few steps away from your condo. A poolside bar and new restaurant, 'Sudi’s’ is on the premises. Catch the safari taxi for all your transportation needs, or rent a car at the airport. Our condo offers a stunning ocean view, overlooking the marina, St. John and BVI. We offer this condo for non-smoking guests and no pets (sorry, HOA no pets allowed). Recently added in-unit wifi and HDTV. The condo is one half mile to the ferry to St.John...you will not find a better location than the East End near Red Hook...our lovely condo at Sapphire Village is a true bargain. The condo was in a nice location in Sapphire village. It was very clean and had many supplies. The bathroom was a nice setup for 2+ people. It could use some updating.

Linda & Jeff have everything you need at the condo. The view is absolutely gorgeous. The way to the beach is very steep. So if you have trouble with mobility it’s a rough walk.

I felt comfortable from the time we arrived. It was helpful to have information on how to use things in the condo as well as what to do At sapphire village as well as St Thomas .Views were incredible. I did not realize that most buildings are built on a hill so that if someone has mobility issues it may make more sense to be closer to the beach. I felt your listing gave us all we wanted for a stress free vacation.

My son was getting married at Sapphire Beach in St Thomas . We don’t travel a lot and had concerns about where to stay . Family recommended VRBO . Everything was so organized in the process . The owners were extremely helpful and the condo was perfect . I would recommend to anyone

Property had Everything we needed including beach gear. Restaurants on property and taxi stand if you don’t have a car. Bar at beach And by Pool. Highly recommend for any length of stay on St Thomas.

Our only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer. The condo was clean and well-stocked. The magazines and info left in the condo were very helpful in refining what we wanted to do and where to go. When we return, we will be staying here again. Great base of operations for seeing the island and nearby St John. Red Hook is a nice, relatively quiet village and the ferry is only about 1.5 miles from the room. Highly recommend Jeff and Linda's condo for a wonderful stay.

This was our 4th stay at Sapphire Village in various units, and Jeff and Linda's was by far our favorite. The condo was fully stocked with anything you could want or need. The separate bedroom made a huge difference in space. The location in the complex gives perfect views of surrounding islands, and gives walkable access to Sapphire Beach, the beach bar, the on-site restaurant, and pool. We enjoyed the balcony for morning coffee and watching the boats go in and out of the marina. We can't wait to book a return trip!

The fixtures and appliances in the property are old and can use much needed update. There was a musty scent coming from the cabinets and draws, the AC kept going out. Apart from that the stay was ok

This property was a fantastic find for our first visit to St Thomas! Jeff was so incredibly easy to work with.. very responsive and informative! He went above and beyond to make sure our first trip to the island would be enjoyable and we were not disappointed! Everything was exactly as described in the listing and he even provided a comprehensive list of things to do and places to eat while we were there! I would absolutely recommend this property - a lovely location for our anniversary get away! :)

It was a pleasant experience from the beginning when I was asking questions about the unite prior to confirming the reservation. Owners were responsive and provided great communication. They had the unit stocked with everything you can think of. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in St. Thomas.

This was our first time on St. Thomas and I feel like we found the perfect condo for our stay. The location was above the marina and the view from our balcony was awesome. The condo was a one bedroom (comfortable bed) with a full kitchen and was stocked with everything we might have needed. They have one closet that has first aid supplies. I had water in my ear after snorkeling and was able to use the cotton balls and rubbing alcohol to get it out. They had beach chairs, beach towels, noodles and it was an easy walk to the beach.
Sapphire beach is a wonderful beach with a great view of St. John and several other islands. We booked an excellent snorkel trip that left from the marina (New Horizon and Breakaway Charters) that was very convenient to get to. We walked to the main road (2-3 minute walk) and rode the shuttle to Red Hook ($1 per person) and took a taxi back when we were ready to come home ($5/person). Red Hook has lots of restaurants and shops. The ferry to St. John is on the right just as you come into Red Hook and made for a great day trip.
A benefit of this location is that you are close to lots of stuff. I thought about renting a car but realized I would save money by using taxi's instead. A shared taxi from the airport cost me $20 per person and when we went back to the airport I asked the taxi driver to take us to Drake's Seat (highest point on the island). Great view of Megan's Bay and other island. The driver charged $60 total for my wife and I and gave us lots of info on the island along the way.
Jeff and Linda were great communicators. They provided lots of info on the area such as places to go and restaurants that were good. In fact, there are 3 places to eat at Sapphire beach. The pizza place has some pizzas with a pesto sauce instead of a tomato sauce and that was really good. Right down from the condo is Sudi's. This is a fun restaurant and bar but is a little expensive for what you get. In Red Hook we ate at an Italian restaurant called Pesce that had great food.
Overall we had a great trip and we could not of asked for a better place to call our home base for the time we were there. Jeff and Linda, thank you for offering such a great condo and for stocking it with everything we needed. We will be back!!

Honeymooners
We had a great time overall! It's so much to see & so many breath-taking sites / views! Our fave was St. John island! & The mountain top in St. Thomas... it's a must see! The condo was lovely! Just wish the washer & dryer was an option while staying there. Since it was too much on me to bring a basket of clothes all the way to the laundry room with my health issues. My other thing was the bed was very firm. So I couldn't sleep w/o pain or discomfort. A extra cushion tucked away in the closet would of been nice. Again, this is my preference! If your thing is firm...you good to go!
The only other things I'll warn ppl of is the every now again rude / arrogant taxi drivers! Some of them is scamming ppl / tourist out their money bc they know they can! It's not fair but neither is life. If your lucky to find a driver you like...see if you can get his # for future rides. 😉 Also, the store in Red Hook ( Food Center) is expensive for no reason! I was told by an Islander to go to market instead for groceries/items needed. BTW I did find out after the trip was over that there is a big Kmart right outside of Red Hook (if I'm not mistaken) that has everything you could possibly need including clothes. I was told it's like our Walmart in the states. Wish I would have known sooner!

Restful stay
Views from the balcony are amazing. Walk to the lower pool was easy and having a bar and grill onsite was ideal. Easy cab ride into Red Hook for groceries, lunch, and shopping was a breeze. All the basics you need to be comfortable are there including kitchen items. Really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Trip
Our Stay at Jeff and Linda’s condo couldn’t have been any better! Our view was beautiful and close enough to the beach. The condo was very clean and well equipped with everything and anything we would have forgotten. Jeff had quite a bit of information on what to do on the islands and detailed instructions for things in the condo. We didn’t really use the kitchen, but it had all the utensils, pots, and pans that you would ever need for a vacation. There were beach chairs, towels and beach bags for our use which was great – we didn’t have to rent them.
The location of the condo was also perfect! It was a couple minutes’ walk to the road to pick up the Safari or grab a taxi which is a few minutes ride to Red Hook to the restaurants, bars and the Ferry to St John.
Jeff’s correspondence was very quick and helpful once we booked. We wouldn’t have a problem staying in their condo in the future.
