The security lock was difficult to get to open the door on arrival and stopped working completely on the second day and never worked again , though we were promised someone would come and check the next day and no one came. Then told we will drop off a spare key and next day , nothing! Then they called and asked how it was going (????). When told nothing had happened and we were having to leave the house unlocked every day, the same response we got every day. “ We are terribly sorry!” Then the last promise was we will be there at 11 the next day to repair.. and yep… no one came. Thankfully we were not robbed as we were away all day every day at a family reunion. But unsettling and really disappointing. It would have been better if the daily promises were never made. “I’m so sorry” was not fixing the issue!!!!
