The room setup was good, and the bed was comfy enough. Enjoyed having a cabin with a separate bedroom. We had cabin #1, which is good for a private patio, BUT it's closest to the hwy, and car noise is a bit loud. Cabin #10 on the opposite end seems like the most ideal cabin, feeding off to the cute yard area. The location was good for us because we were staying near friends, but it is up in the canyon.
The water issues should have been related to us; we called ahead to find out what we should know, yet were not told that the water had not passed inspection. Had water anxiety until we got enough bottled water stocked. Billing was also frustrating. We have a pic of the water issue, but we do not see how to upload it. (Water seemed fine for shower, dishes, basic washing, undesirable to drink) Billing...we were locked out of our unit due to a misunderstanding on connecting 2 of our bookings into one, management is in transition, and the left arm is not talking to the right. We stayed 4 nights total, but it went thru as 2 bookings. After the 3rd night, there was some confusion with the billing. We were going to pay it that night once adjusted and had confirmed that with management, but...other 'management' locked us out of our room...that was a 1st for us!!! They did get it resolved quick enough while we waited outside, unnecessary stress.

Dish towels would have been great to have. I like to find a place as I found it - so having a toilet brush to clean up the toilet would be nice. The grill whilst fully functional was a little dirty and could do with a scrub.
It was very confusing for us to know if we were in the right place! The naming convention could do with being addressed. We were looking for slide rock lodge abs there was no naming for that!!
