About this house rental
Welcome to Anchors Aweigh! Don't forget your fishing rods as you head to the sailfish capital of the world in Stuart, FL. You are just steps away from waterfront restaurants, beaches, sandbars, shopping, and the ultimate South Florida lifestyle. Your family will be close to everything at this centrally-located waterfront home. Your waterfront oasis includes 2 outdoor fire pits, 3 paddle boards, 2 kayaks ($350 security deposit required for use), and a designated boat slip for up to a 55' boat

Anchors Aweigh is a unique property located in the Manatee Pocket of historic Port Salerno. This particular property consists of 1 home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The other 2 bedrooms are in a building attached to the main home that have their own private entrances and ensuite bathrooms that is accessed through a shared courtyard with the 3 bedroom home. Each of these rooms also has a private back door that lead out to the backyard, firepits, docks, and waterfront beach area. By boat you are about 15 minutes to the inlet leading to the ocean. The property contains 2 fire pits - one in the backyard and one down on the sand beach area. Your rental comes with 4 paddle boards and 2 kayaks. Life vests are included as well. A separate waiver document will need to be signed prior to use and that will be sent over 3 days prior to rental via docusign. The indoor fireplace in the living room is not operable and not for use
It is important to note there is also a separate 2 bedroom home on this property that shares access to the BBQ grill, beach fire pit, and dock area. There is an easement walk way in between this home and the 3 bedroom home (easement walk way is shown in the additional photos). This 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom additional home, if available, can also be included in the rental of Anchors Aweigh for an additional cost. Please message to inquire if interested. The easement walkway is also used for additional boaters who have their boats docked at the boat slips at Anchors Aweigh.
You understand that swimming and the use of kayaks and/or paddle boards is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and using the kayaks and/or paddle boards. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and use of the kayaks and/or paddle boards and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and the use of kayaks and/or paddle boards may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming or using the kayaks and/or paddle boards if a person has health risks, or if a person swims or uses the kayaks and/or paddle boards while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming or using the kayaks and/or paddle boards. All Vrbo Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Vrbo Guests and Vrbo Host.

Great house in a great location. We came down mainly to fish offshore and this home is about 15 mins from the inlet including the no wake zone in Manatee Pocket. Dock is new and has water/elec. Our boat is a 36' Center Console that is 42' overall and fit perfect. Plenty of restaurants nearby along with groceries. Home is very nice, tons of kitchen equipment/utensils, nice large table that held 8 for family meals. The 2 separate suites are great for older kids. Backyard is a great place to relax and cornhole and ping pong were fun. Grill is new and works great. I did see the comments about the train tracks and bars. To be honest, we did hear the train a little while inside but it never kept any of my group from sleeping and we never heard a band from a bar. We will definitely be back.

Everything was well organized, well described and the host was always prompt and efficient with any and all messages.Docks and backyard are new and were a great amenity for us.One thing was there is a lot of street noise and a lot of non-stop nightly train horns so guests should bring ear plugs, a white noise machine/app or sleep with soft noise canceling headphones. Once we did that we had no issues.

The property was exactly what we were looking for this trip, a newly renovated very equipped place for our family, a dock for our boat and a pleasing outdoor space to enjoy esp at night. The host was super communicative and responsive. Would highly recommend!
