The Space:

The living room features comfortable seating, a sleeper sofa and Smart TV, while the open kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, and everything you need for meals at home. Gather around the dining table with seating for six before heading out to explore the city.



The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and Smart TV, while the living room sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space.



You’ll also have conveniences that make longer stays easier, including an in-unit washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, 24-hour fitness center access, and a shared game room. Paid parking options are available nearby.

• Metropolis Cheapside Lot (E 8th St & Cheapside, Cincinnati, OH 45202): 16–24 hours — $15.00. No overnight parking, except on weekends.

• 7th & Broadway Garage (351 E 7th St, Cincinnati, OH 45202): 24 hours — $12.00 (Weekdays only, M–F)

• This building is equipped with five (5) security cameras:

(1) located at the front door and monitoring the walkway into the building,

(2) located in the lobby and monitoring the lobby area and entry doors,

(3) located in the hallway of the second floor and monitoring the entrances to second-floor units and the hallway,
