This brand new home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a two-car garage and sits inside the exclusive gated Beachwalk neighborhood, which is less than four miles from beautiful Manasota Beach. Wake up and go out onto your private, screened lanai to watch the birds and wildlife wake up in the watering hole preserve behind your house then go hunting for shark teeth at the beach in the morning, followed by breakfast and coffee in the community lounge.
