This was a complete apartment (from the ancient Swedish million program) with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a balcony. The apartment was newly renovated, and everything was of a very good standard and clean. No disturbance from the neighbors. This apartment was on the third floor without lift, and it was quite some distance (200 m) to the parking area.
It was a little bit difficult to find where to collect the keys, as they were collected a few km away. There were some doubts regarding the safety of parking area, but in the end we stayed two nights - with motorcycles on the parking - and nothing "bad" happened.

Pas de torchons, essuie main, produit vaisselle ( il y avait de quoi utiliser le lave vaisselle), lave linge, sèche linge, produits salle de bains.

Communication with hosts went well and effective. I called them upon arrival and they immediately sent someone to let me in.
+ The appartment is modern.
+ Parking outside possible (paying with Parkster app).
The place seemed like it had not been cleaned after the last guest. One of the two beeds seemed used with a few small hairs on the linen. There was a used towel in the bathroom and used (but cleaned) kitchen utensils next to the sink. The second bed was fine, so it was okay to sleep in it for me. The floor would need to be cleaned with a vacuum.
- it was a bit odd to me that the hosts insisted on me sending them a copy of my passport. In my travels in Sweden I did not have to do that in other accommodations.
- the location of the place is in a residential area pretty far away from the city centre. Of course, this was clear before booking, but it needs to be considered when choosing the place. There are very few nearby eating options.
