The landscape is clean and just 3 mins from a tiny night market
U will need a bike for easy access as the accommodation is located uphill
Frontdesk is till 10pm only.
If u don’t head out , this is a good area to chill
Without transport - it’s inconvenient - about 2 hours ride to mu cang cai

It is a large pleasant property, well suited for gatherings of families and groups. There is a lot of outdoor space which is nicely tended. There are picnic areas, benches, paths, and viewing decks. The cabins are quite nice as well.
Communication was difficult for this non-Vietnamese speaker, especially with directions on how to get to the town by bus. No one at the reception when I arrived, and the place seemed empty and a bit unwelcoming.A young person checked me in and told me I might be able to have some food (at lunch or dinner) a la carte, but when I asked about ordering something for dinner, there was no food service available on site. Little to no information available to this visitor about any sites, trails, restaurants in the area. An information/rule card in the room had the same text printed in Vietnamese on both sides. Not helpful. Of course there is always Google Translate. The water was turned off twice during my first full day. There had been no warning. Had to wait to wash and shower.
