Great location and property, but customer service needs improvement

On the positive side, the property itself and its location were excellent. Being so incredibly close to the lagoons was a huge plus for us. The house was lovely, and having convenient parking made our stay much easier.

However, the hospitality left a lot to be desired. From our very first messages prior to arrival and throughout our stay, the hosts/staff were not very welcoming.

On the positive side, the property itself and its location were excellent. Being so incredibly close to the lagoons was a huge plus for us. The house was lovely, and having convenient parking made our stay much easier.

However, the hospitality left a lot to be desired. From our very first messages prior to arrival and throughout our stay, the hosts/staff were not very welcoming.
