Location was great, perfect distance to beach access. Inside the unit was comfortable. Everything was clean, and prepared with linens. On sight laundry, and dishwasher.
There was no warning on the 3 flights of stairs being the only way to access the unit, no elevators! When we arrived, there were no guides as to what the code was to access the swimming pool. When contacting the property, we were still never given that information. Luckily another resident passed it along to us. When arriving to the property the list of rules included a statement of paying for any lost key fobs but the key fob to our unit was lost apparently before we got there. The balcony had no lights outside, but capped off wires where they once were.

The location is wonderful, many stairs though so be prepared for that. Great pools and within walking distance to a convenience store, gift shop, restaurant, ice cream and liquor store.
There is no toaster. If you’re planning on cooking a lot for a family the largest frying pan isn’t very big and is scratched up really bad. The kitchen is very small.

The place was beautiful and very clean. The company was easy to communicate with and answered all my questions in a promptly manner. I will be coming back
Had a few issues with the internet but they were able to get spectrum over the next day and it was fixed.
