Welcome to this lovely house in Lake Placid. Located on the second largest lake in Lake Placid. Waterfront views with over 200 feet of private white sandy beach. Tie your jet skis and boat right on shore! The house offers four bedrooms, including three king beds and one queen bed, guests can relax comfortably after a day of adventure and watch movies on a 72 inch surround sound TV while relaxing in reclining theatre chairs. Enjoy the cool air conditioning throughout the home. There are two (2) full baths and for those who want to shower among nature, an outdoor shower nestled among lush foliage is available to you! The owners are nature lovers, so twice a day automatic duck and fish / turtle feeders dispense food to these beautiful creatures. You can watch from the house screened in porch or sitting on the beach. Whether you’re gathering in the cozy living area with water view or resting in your private room with water view's, this superb retreat offers a peaceful escape. The house is 5 minutes from downtown shopping and Publix grocery store. Lastly, there is a Tesla car charger in the carport available for guest who drive EV. Fall in love with water, nature and Lake Placid and enjoy the magic it has to offer.

We stayed here for an event at Sebring Raceway, and the location was very convenient for going back and forth to the track. The property itself is beautiful, and we appreciated being able to park under the carport. The gated entry also added a nice sense of security.The kitchen is very nice and well set up, and the recliners in the living room were especially comfortable after long days at the raceway.The layout is a bit unique and feels more “homey” than hotel-like, which may not be for everyone, but it worked fine for what we needed. One of the bathrooms is a good size, while the other is quite small, so that’s something to keep in mind depending on your group.We were mostly there to rest and get back to the track, and it served that purpose well.Overall, a good stay for anyone attending events at Sebring.
