Customer service was amazing! While completing our walkthrough, we noticed that the basement tv did not work. It had green lines on the screen. I contacted customer service immediately and they offered to send a maintenance guy out. We were getting ready to leave for dinner and didn't feel comfortable having anyone at the house while we were out. Additional questions were addressed very quickly. For the most part, the house was clean and offered enough space for us all. The location was also awesome, not far from the beach, and a quiet neighborhood. They provided towels for each bed and a washer and dryer. The fridge was also big enough to hold food for the 10 of us for several days. The porch and porch benches were awesome and peaceful. If it was screened in, I would've slept outdoors. The charcoal grill was also a plus. My husband grilled for us and it heated up pretty quickly.
The house had a lot of cosmetic issues. Tape on the floors, living room ceiling fan globe was cracked, a kitchen drawer was off track, would fall inward while closing, and we left it opened to prevent further damage. There were stains on the bedding and couches. The main bathroom also had a very bad odor and mildew in the shower upon arrival. We bleached the bathroom and it was much more pleasant. The 2nd bathroom's shower was a little weird to turn on.
