We had a very positive stay. The apartment was extremely clean, well equipped with everything we needed, and the hosts were always very attentive, responsive and available throughout our stay.
One small improvement that could make the experience even better would be to add some kind of seal or protective strip around the shower tray. The bathroom itself is spacious and very clean, but after using the shower, a small amount of water tends to leak onto the floor. It’s nothing major and seems like something that could be easily fixed.
Having a washing machine was also a huge advantage and something we really appreciated. It could be useful to provide an absorbent mat or protective pad to place under the drying rack, since there is no outdoor space to dry clothes. Otherwise, water from wet laundry can drip onto the parquet floor, which could potentially damage it, and it would be a shame given how well maintained the apartment is.
These are only minor suggestions. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay: the apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped, and the hosts were excellent and attentive. We would definitely recommend it.

La limpieza, la decoración, la ubicacion, la comodidad de la cama, los electrodomésticos, es un apartamento ideal.
Tuvimos dos inconvenientes nefastos.
1-estábamos en la Rua dos Caldeireiros, intentando abrir un portal que no era el nuestro ya que el nuestro era en la Travesía dos Caldeireiros y la persona con la que nos comunicábamos tampoco se dio cuenta del error y en ningún momento nos dieron la opción de mandar a alguien a abrir la puerta.
2-Una vez que detectado el error y ya en la calle y el portal correctos, el número que nos facilitaron para la caja de seguridad era incorrecto y estuvimos más de una hora hasta que finalmente nos comunicaron cuál era el número correcto.
Todo esto a través del móvil y contestándonos en inglés idioma que nosotros no dominamos.
La entrada era a las tres y cuando accedimos al apartamento eran las seis de la tarde. La salida estaba prevista para las 11, solicité que ya que habíamos entrado con casi tres horas de retraso nos dejasen un poco más de tiempo para abandonar el apartamento pero no accedieron ni tuvieron ningún detalle con nosotros después del incidente de la caja de seguridad.
