Location was superb. Clean and bright accommodation. Great little balcony so you can sit outside overlooking the wonderful street.
The accommodation was superb. We loved staying there. A couple of small things to make it better would be… A full length mirror would be great for getting ready to go out. Only mirror was in bathroom which steams up and isn’t full length. Also a couple of slightly narrower chairs for the balcony ( like you see everywhere in Porto ) as using the kitchen chairs required careful placement of the chair legs.

Location was close to all. 3 individual beds in one room. Staff was very helpful and informative.
Its gets loud at night due to a bar thats open until late, on the church side. Needs improvement on the home decor.

Well equipped. Light and airy. Very central. Double glazed windows meant that despite it being so central we had no issues with sound. Beds were very comfortable with thick mattress toppers. Shower was powerful. The person who let us in was super friendly and helpful in giving suggestions of things to do and places to see.
The WC was not v clean when we arrived at the apartment.

Great location.
Staff were very friendly and responded quickly to messages.
Being able to leave luggage in the office after check was a bonus.
Confusion over the sofa bed but that was resolved - maybe leave instructions on how to use it in the information booklet.
