Renovated historic property in downtown Hartsville near Coker college. Excellent amenities and within walking distance to town. Has a large front porch for outdoor sitting that we enjoyed immensely. Highly recommend to families looking for an upscale experience.

VERY, VERY, nice house!! Built in 1916. Still had the 1916 charm but totally modernized with every extra. Every bedroom had its own bath. Just a fabulous stay (we were seven adults). ALL kinds of eating establishments are walkable from the house (and I’m a fat guy!). Walk was not bad at all - it was actually quite good. Very safe location. Kitchen was awesome. Very well appointed and stocked. Great coffee bar which included 3 or 4 dozen Keurig pods for our use in multiple flavors. It had an ice machine that we took advantage of. Just a fabulous place. I can’t say enough about it. My wife and I have our own ABnB in Tybee Island, GA. I thought we provided all the little extras for our guests. We learned a few things from this guy! Owner was a great guy, very accommodating, and easy to reach via text when needed. We WILL BE BACK just to stay in Hartsville and enjoy the house! Pool table provided a lot of fun too! 100% recommend this home and this owner!
