Affectionately nicknamed 'Swimmin‚ Hole 2,' this 2BR/1.5BA getaway presents 150‚ of frontage on beautiful Lake Moultrie. Prepare delicious dishes in the convenient full kitchen or head to the backyard for an afternoon barbecue. One of only five properties in the area, you'll enjoy a tranquil setting with an on-site boat dock and launch. Take the provided kayaks out for adventure, or simply kick back to enjoy lakefront sunrises and sunsets!

There's a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle. Sleep soundly in the primary suite, detailed with a king bed and direct outdoor access. Also accessible from the hallway, the en-suite bathroom holds a tub/shower combination. The guest suite includes a queen bed and an en-suite half bath.
Find plenty of plush seating in the open living area. A twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle creates a flexible sleeping space. Indulge your inner chef in the sparkling, fully equipped kitchen, complete with helpful extras like a blender. When dinner is served, the dining table is perfect for family-style meals.
Unwind on the lakeside patio or the covered back porch. Enjoy a game of cornhole while burgers sizzle on the gas grill. A wood-burning fire pit adds nighttime ambience. Luxury Vinyl Tile has been newly upgraded throughout the home.
Tie your boat up to the shared dock (20' x 18'). The access point for larger boats is located next door, and smaller boats and jet skis can launch from the on-property ramp. Provided lake amenities include kayaks and fishing poles.
Parking is available for seven vehicles, including room for boat and trailer parking (if you bring fewer vehicles).

Home was comfortable for 2 couples. Grill worked and we did use it. An older camp that was nicely renovated. The poor weather prevented use of outside very much.

Located on the lake with tranquil sun rise and sun sets; however the home needs updating… due to last minute changes, we had to accept what was available.
