The location was perfect for my purposes (dropping off my daughter for a student exchange trip at nearby ENS university). It was very easy to get around Lyon and to all facilities needed - the public transport is really good and easy to use, even for someone without much French (me!). Jerome was really helpful and a good communicator.
The flat was fairly well equipped with some coffee pods available, and it was useful to have a washing machine, although there was no washing powder.
When we got to the flat after a long journey unfortunately the keycode to enter the apartment didn't work to open the door and we were stuck in the corridor for some time. We had to contact (via booking.com) the owner who was luckily very helpful and luckily there were some spare keys to get into the apartment nearby. However, this was very stressful in 34+ degrees heat.
The apartment is small and it was very hot even though there was a ceiling fan and floor flan provided. Some of the fixtures were a little worn (a blind fell off the wall) and the instructions for accessing wifi and putting out rubbish were all on a digital link, which some travellers might not like. It would be better to have some welcome details and emergency services as a hard copy in the flat.

Appartement cosy, confortable, très bien situé et très bien aménagé.
Proche de tous les commerces, facile d'accès depuis la sortie de l'autoroute.
Le manque de respect des voisins qui parlent sans se soucier de leur environnement jusqu'à 5heures du matin.
Le fait de devoir payer le parking durant toute la durée du séjour; ne serait il pas possible d'avoir un accés résident durant le séjour?
