Quite location, nice neighborhood. Clean home (especially the kitchen and livingroom).
Poor communication. The phone number I was given in email was wrong. If I didn't meet the young lady, a tenant in the basement, I don't know how I would have entered the house.

The facilities were new and had the necessity needed
The carpet in the bedroom is very dirty. Wood be much preferred for there and the steps. The one on the steps did not seem as dirty.
