Piscina muito boa e espreguiçadeiras para ver o pôr do sol… A vista é impagável!!! Compensou tudo.
A limpeza deixava um pouco a desejar… Metais bem enferrujados no banheiro, o chuveiro tinha uma crosta de sujeira também. Não era tudo terrível, mas diminuiu bastante nosso conforto na estadia.

The breakfast was buffet style with delicious options. The view of the breakfast area is absolutely breathtaking! (The view of the entire place!!) Our room was also very comfortable with all amenities available like hair dryer, bath robes, beach towels, etc. I booked a room with a hot bath tub/jacuzzi, TOTALLY WORTH the money. There were also sun beds right outside my room with the view of the caldera.

Sehr freundlicher Rezeptionist. Wlan Problem in unserem Zimmer hat er umgehend behoben. Abholung vom Flughafen bestens organisiert.

Ausblick ein Wahnsinn
Personal alle sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und angenehm.
Gereinigt wurde immer wenn wir nicht da waren, und nicht strikt nach Plan.
Bei der Abreise leider keinen Late CheckOut bekommen obwohl es möglich gewesen wäre.
Wir konnten beim Pool (leider nur ohne Schatten) verweilen und danach im Büro.. Bis zur Abreise hat unser Zimmer niemand bezogen. Schade

-Le point fort de cet établissement est la vue sur la Caldeira, et sur les merveilleux coucher de soleil.
-le rapport qualité prix.
-la chambre était grande et confortable.
- le jacuzzi n’était pas nickel, abîmé et ça ne donnait pas envie à première vue de s’y plonger.
- le manque d’intimité, les jacuzzi tous les uns à côtés des autres
- le bruit. Le matin, nous entendions beaucoup les bruits des chambres du dessus
