About this house rental
Located in Sterling Ranch, this lock-off in-law apartment is accessed through its own front door. The property is perfect for visiting family who live in Sterling Ranch as there aren't any hotels close by. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The space includes a full bathroom, closet, kitchenette and washer & dryer. We also have a TV, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, mini refrigerator, and toaster. The Sterling Center is one mile away with a coffee shop, Living the Dream Brewery, market, and food trucks. There are 8 pickleball courts less than one mile away. Chatfield Reservoir is less than 5 miles away and Red Rocks is 20 miles away. The neighborhood has endless biking and hiking trails. Enjoy your time in Sterling Ranch at our gorgeous house built in 2025.

We highly recommend this in-law apartment. It is very comfortable, spacious, great location and quiet. Julie is a fabulous host and went above and beyond for all our needs. We will definitely stay here again. There is so much to do close by: hiking trails, community walking paths, golfing, downtown Denver and lots more.

This place was perfect for our needs. There was a separate bedroom with a king bed; a large closet; full bathroom with a shower; a living room with a pullout sofa for our adult son and a television; a mini fridge (with small freezer), sink, eating dishes and utensils, and a microwave; and a full size washer and dryer. The place is quiet and roomy for three adults. There is a separate entrance on the side, so we never had to bother the tenants. The tenants were very accommodating and communication was excellent!

Host was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful! We loved staying here; great location, super clean, and easy check in/out process. Host gave us great recommendations for restaurants in the area. Would definitely recommend.
